ROBIN ANNIS, PSYD, LP, CBIS

Dr. Annis received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology-Argosy University. During this time, she completed advanced training in neuropsychology and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). With over seven years of experience in the field of mental health, Dr. Annis has trained in a variety of settings, which include a state psychiatric hospital, rehabilitation centers, outpatient mental health practices, assisted living facilities, and long-term nursing facilities. Dr. Annis is experienced in the delivery of comprehensive and empirically derived neuropsychological/psychological examinations of patients with acquired or developmentally based neurological impairment, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and neurocognitive disorders. She has provided neuropsychological services to individuals in the outpatient, academic, correctional, and rehabilitation-based settings. In addition to her assessment competence, she is well versed in the treatment of various mental health conditions, ranging from severe psychiatric disorders to those experiencing elevated distress in response to a situational stressor.

Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, anger management, bereavement, adjustment disorders, LGBTQ, traumatic brain injury, and helping individuals with life transitions.
